“The difference between success and failure is not giving up.” Steven Redhead

On 30th May 2020, when SpaceX successfully launched astronauts to space, 18 years of work paid off.

18 years of hard work towards one goal. 18 years of small successes, many mistakes and painful lessons but not a failure. Elon Musk and SpaceX team never gave up, they could have but have never chosen to walk away. They stayed strong in their belief in their mission and that is a true success.

You do not have to like Elon Musk, you do not have to follow news why he named his youngest son X Æ A-Xii. I respect him for what he represents, - focus, creativity, faith in himself and his team’s ability, consequence in working towards his goals. The last one is the hardest when you meet on your path obstacles, when you have no support, when you start losing your focus and belief that you can do it.

When you are on your way to unlock your potential and reach for more, it is certain you will make many mistakes, you will feel that you reach out your limit but as long as you keep trying and don’t give up, you will succeed. Mistakes are lessons that help you grow, that teach you become someone better; unless you ignore those mistakes, let them take control of your life – simply give up.

Doesn’t matter how big or small is your goal, it is YOUR goal, you know the reason why you have chosen this one, so stay focused, surround yourself with positive people who will encourage, inspire and support you on your way up the hill - to the top. Keep trying. Look towards your goal.
